Empowering Minds Through Awareness
The campaign started in August 2022 in Kodagu, expanded to Mysore in 2023 and to Hassan in 2024. The organisation conducts a series of mental wellbeing workshops every year for a week for schools and colleges conducted by NIMHANS-trained volunteers in Institutions . We recently completed our 4th Annual Mental Health Awareness Campaign (MHAC'25) conducted in collaboration with the Department of Psychiatric Social Work, NIMHANS, from 8th to 15th November, 2025. Impacting over 9370 individuals (children, teachers, and parents), demonstrating a daily engagement that averaged more than 1,500 participants across 40+ educational institutions in the Kodagu, Hassan, Mangalore, and Mysuru Districts, utilizing the expertise of 40+ NIMHANS-trained volunteers.
