About the Event

Mind and Matter is hosting its Annual Mental Health Awareness Campaign 2026 across select districts in Karnataka (Kodagu, Mysuru, Hassan, Mangalore, and Udupi), offering zero-cost, activity-based mental well-being workshops for students (ages 11+), teachers, and parents. Since launching in 2022, the initiative has conducted over 1,150 workshops across India. Applications are open for both institutions requesting workshops and volunteers (18+ / 19+ preferred in English and Kannada) for a one-week commitment, which includes two days of NIMHANS-led training and five days of school and college visits. Participation is free, and certificates are provided upon completion.
