With limited group sizes of 20 participants, these sessions create an intimate and enriching experience.
Registration is managed via WhatsApp, and once slots are filled, the group is closed for focused engagement. Through these initiatives, Mind and Matter continues to champion mental well-being as a fundamental aspect of a healthier and more balanced society
