Background: The Mental Wellbeing workshops as part of the Mental Health Awareness Campaigns was started in August 2022 in Kodagu District, has now expanded to several states.
To date we have conducted over 1,150+ mental well-being workshops across India.

This is the registration form for volunteers and institutions to register for the 5th Karnataka - Annual Mental Health Awareness Campaign 2026
About Volunteering
- Who can apply: Individuals above 19 years of age, from any academic and professional backgrounds
- Commitment: A week, including 2 days of training by the Dept. of Psychiatric Social Work, NIMHANS and 5 days of visiting schools and colleges (Offline)
- Language: Proficiency in English and Kannada is preferred
- Cost: Zero
- Recognition: Certificate of Participation upon completion (T&C applied)
